Leading Edge Aviation is seeking a Customer Experience Assistant at the Alhama Campus. The role delivers end-to-end student support, welfare, accommodation, transport and academy administration as the first contact point, ensuring inquiries are tracked and progressed to resolution across Oxford and Alhama operations.
The position is full-time, 39 hours per week, based at Alhama Campus, with a focus on delivering exceptional student experiences and strong engagement with the Customer Experience
