The workplace is located on-site in Polígono Son Castelló. This part-time position offers a practical morning schedule from Monday to Friday, allowing you to combine professional work with your personal life on the island. In this role, you will focus on connecting directly with clients and driving telephone sales. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Conducting telephone sales calls focused on wine products.
- Providing customer advisory services and guiding buyers through available selections.
- Handling commercial communication in an engaging and professional manner.
- Following up on client inquiries and recording sales transactions accurately.
To be successful in this position, you must bring proven sales experience and strong communication skills. The role requires:
- Fluent command of Spanish (castellano), which is strictly essential for client conversations.
- At least 9 months of proven experience in sales or customer advisory, such as retail sales associate, commercial agent, or telemarketing representative.
- Previous training or education in sales or customer service is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of additional languages is positively valued.
- Readiness for immediate onboarding.
This position provides clear, established conditions under the Spanish telemarketing collective agreement:
- Permanent contract (indefinido / fijo discontinuo) in the private commerce sector.
- Part-time schedule of 25 hours per week, running Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00.
- A gross salary of 915 euros per month based on the collective agreement (Convenio Telemarketing).
