A bakery and pastry shop located in Inca is currently looking for a qualified baker to take charge of daily bread production. In this role, you will be responsible for traditional night-time bakery production, ensuring fresh goods are ready each morning. Your daily tasks include:
- Preparing and mixing dough according to the bakery's standard recipes
- Kneading and shaping different bread varieties with care and precision
- Managing the baking process and operating the ovens
- Ensuring all baked items meet expected texture, taste, and quality standards
- Keeping your working station clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene protocols

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of 24 months (2 years)



of proven professional experience as a baker
- Basic primary education certificate (certificat d'estudis primaris)
- Willingness and ability to work consistent night shifts and early mornings
- A responsible, hands-on, and punctual approach to daily bakery work

This position offers stable long-term conditions under a permanent contract (contrato indefinido) on a full-time schedule. The annual gross compensation is €24,681.84, which corresponds to a monthly gross salary of €2,056.82 including extra payments and the night shift bonus (plus de nocturnidad). The regular working hours run from Monday to Friday between 1:00 AM and 8:00 AM, and on Saturdays between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM. The scheduled start date for the role is November 1, 2026.
