Are you passionate about authentic Asian cuisine and skilled at the wok? An established Asian restaurant in Inca, Mallorca, is looking for an experienced cook to join the kitchen team. In this full-time role, you will prepare traditional Asian dishes, master intense stir-fry techniques, and contribute to delivering an authentic culinary experience in the heart of Mallorca.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Cutting, cleaning, and prepping fresh meats, fish, and seasonal vegetables.
- Operating the wok station and mastering high-temperature stir-frying techniques.
- Utilizing steaming equipment and executing proper steam-cooking methods.
- Crafting traditional Chinese and Asian sauces from scratch, including sweet and sour, curry, oyster sauce, and seafood sauce.
- Preparing authentic dishes such as Peking duck, gyozas, specialized rices, noodles, and rich broths.
- Ensuring consistent food quality, taste, and kitchen hygiene across daily kitchen operations.

What you bring to the position:




- At least 24 months of verified culinary experience in Asian or Chinese cooking.
- Confident practical command of wok techniques, high-heat cooking, and steaming methods.
- Thorough knowledge of traditional recipes, ingredients, and classic sauces.
- Reliable, disciplined, and organized approach during fast-paced service hours.
- No formal educational degree required; practical cooking ability and dedication are what count.

What you can expect:
- Permanent employment contract (indefinido) offering long-term job security on Mallorca.
- Full-time schedule with a split shift from Monday to Sunday (12:00 to 16:0 0 and 20:00 to 24:00).
- Fixed consecutive rest days with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off.
- A gross annual salary of 26,672.56 euros (equivalent to 2,222.71 euros gross per month, including extra payments).
- A dynamic culinary environment working with traditional recipes in Inca.
