A private sector provider is looking for a reliable cleaning operative to carry out essential maintenance and sanitation tasks at the Estación Intermodal transit hub in Palma, Mallorca. This full-time position is a temporary contract designed to cover annual staff leave, active from 16 October 2026 until 30 October 2026. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high hygiene and cleanliness standards across key areas of the station. Your day-to-day duties include:
- General cleaning throughout the Estación Intermodal facilities.
- Thorough maintenance, sanitising, and restocking of the public restrooms.
- Regular emptying and waste clearance of rubbish bins across the terminal.
- Keeping high-traffic areas tidy, safe, and pleasant for station visitors.

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:




- A minimum of 6 months of verified experience in professional cleaning services.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during your shift.
- Full availability to work the required schedule throughout the contract window from 16/10/2026 to 30/10/2026.

This position is governed by the official collective agreement for building and premises cleaning in Palma (convenio de limpieza de edificios y locales de Palma). The working conditions include:
- A gross annual salary of 18,003.15 EUR (equivalent to 1,500.26 EUR gross per month across 12 monthly payments).
- A full‑time schedule running Monday to Thursday from 06:00 to 13:30, and Sunday from 08:00 to 15:30.
- Fridays and Saturdays scheduled as rest days.
- An official temporary employment contract for the specified coverage period.
