Responsibilities
The Director, Professional Education will be responsible for establishing a relevant training program for hCPs (embryologists, clinicians, nurses and scientists) ,
meeting the needs of the market and ensuring that the right resources are available for training courses. The Director of Professional Education will be an active part of the team providing hands-on education with demonstration of ART techniques and procedures, such as trophectoderm biopsies and ICSI in connection with evidence based theoretical lecturing. Hands-on education also includes simulator training of clinical staff. Hands-on courses will be held at the Centre of Excellence in EMEA. In addition, the Director will be responsible for virtual education like virtual courses, integral webinars and implementing animated E-learning modules. The Director will also be responsible for identifying the training and educational needs of clinical staff in the ART market and managing relationships with subject matter experts and KOLs who will participate as faculty in these training programs.
