Blu Selection - Recruitment Agency is seeking a hands-on Google Ads specialist to own the Italian market from our Barcelona hub. You will work with the Spain/Portugal team and report to the Digital Marketing Manager.
You will direct the Google Ads strategy end to end, manage budgets, and optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA and revenue while leveraging Shopping, Performance Max and product feeds. Collaboration with HR and the broader marketing team is expected.
