Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling and shareable content, including graphics,



videos, and written posts, tailored to each platform.
- Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce store, ensuring a seamless user experience and efficient checkout process.
- Analyze website traffic, sales data, and social media metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement digital marketing campaigns, including paid social advertising and email marketing.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media and e-commerce trends and technologies.

Requirements

- Proven experience in social media management and e-commerce operations.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and manage online communities.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
