Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead end-to-end financial planning, performance reporting and strategic forecasting for Novartis' global Digital, Data and IT organization.
You'll partner with senior Finance and DDuamp;IT leaders to translate data into actionable insights and influence investment decisions that accelerate digital innovation for patients worldwide.
You operate in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment, shaping priorities and outcomes across global functions.

Compensaciones / Beneficios • Lead the global FPuA calendar with milestones and dependencies • Own month-end close and reporting, addressing variances • Prepare dashboards, variance commentary and leadership-ready materials • Coordinate outlook submissions for monthly reviews • Lead budget and 3-year target planning with models and templates • Monitor data quality and resolve data issues with owners • Track forecast accuracy,
