We are recruiting on behalf of a client: a well-established international customer experience provider that supports a leading telecom brand.
We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agents to join their team in Málaga, Spain.
About the role
You will be the first point of contact for customers with questions about their mobile, internet and TV services.
You will answer enquiries by phone, chat and email, resolve issues in a friendly and efficient way, and make sure every customer feels heard and well looked after.
Where it fits, you will also recommend suitable products and upgrades, always with the customer's needs in mind.

What we offer
Salary of approx.




EUR 2,095 gross per month for full-time workPerformance bonus of approx.

Working hours
Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 20:00, and weekends between 09:00 and 17:30Five working days per week, with fixed Monday mornings and Friday eveningsThree evenings per week until 20:00 and two weekends per monthHours can be adjusted to workload without any effect on your salary
