Sales Recruitment Consultant – Belgian Market

Are you from Belgium and have previous experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Real Estate or Customer Service ?

Join Tenth Revolution Group , an international Tech recruitment company, and become a 360° Recruitment Consultant , focusing exclusively on the Belgian market .

You will be responsible for developing your own client portfolio, building your candidate network and managing the full recruitment process from start to finish.

Location: Barcelona, Spain – On-site

Start date: November 2026 – January 2027

Languages: Fluent/native French or Dutch required

Your day-to-day

develop the Belgian market and connect top tech talent

Develop your commercial activity

You will be responsible for creating and developing your own business opportunities:

- Identify new clients in the Belgian market through proactive business development
- Build and grow your client portfolio through calls, emails and networking
- Understand companies’ hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Build relationships with decision-makers and HR professionals
- Negotiate partnerships and develop long-term commercial relationships

Become a Tech Recruitment expert

You will support your clients throughout their recruitment needs:

- Source specialised IT profiles across areas such as Cloud, Data, Software, CRM, SAP and more
- Identify and approach qualified candidates
- Assess candidates' skills, experience and motivation
- Support both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Manage negotiations through to contract signature

The adecuado profile

You do not need previous recruitment experience .

We are primarily looking for people with:

- Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Real Estate, Call Centres or Customer Service
- Excellent French or Dutch — fluent/native level
- Good professional English
- Strong commercial energy and a genuine appetite for challenges
- The resilience to bounce back, learn quickly and exceed targets
- A desire to build an international career

Knowledge of the Belgian market, its commercial culture and professional environment is a real plus.

Compensation

Junior Recruitment Consultant – TRC

Estimated total compensation: €23,000–€30,000 , including a €23,000 base salary + potential commissions during the first year.

Recruitment Consultant – RC

Estimated total compensation: €25,000–€40,000 , including a €25,000 base salary + potential commissions during the first year.
