Housekeeping Attendant (Room Attendant)
full?time position (40 hours per week)
, with rotating shifts according to hotel needs, including weekends and public holidays. You will work closely with the Housekeeping team, contributing to daily hotel operations and a positive, collaborative work environment.
The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and preparing assigned guest rooms in accordance with Hyatt brand standards and hotel procedures. Making beds with fresh linen according to brand standards
cleaning carpets
Cleaning, washing, and drying all bathroom areas
Collecting and returning worksheets, HotSOS devices, and keys at the beginning and end of each shift




Reporting rooms requiring extra cleaning following established procedures
Safeguarding master keys and all hotel property
Reporting suspicious activity immediately to Security
Handling lost and found items in accordance with hotel procedures
Maintaining cleanliness and proper use of housekeeping equipment
Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality is a plus, but not mandatory.
Basic communication skills in Spanish
