We are looking for a Program Manager with experience in the management of complex technological programs, leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring delivery commitments related to scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction to join projects focused on the successful execution of strategic technology programs in the aerospace and defense environment.
Coordinate and supervise Project Managers responsible for the different projects within the program.
Consolidate and monitor planning, costs, resources, risks, opportunities, and contractual commitments.
Manage priorities, dependencies, and interfaces between projects, products, and involved functional areas.
Coordinate activities with Engineering, Production, Procurement, Quality, Commercial, and other stakeholders.
Report program status to senior management, identify deviations, and lead recovery plans and escalation actions when required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or an equivalent technical discipline.
Experience leading and coordinating Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams.
Solid experience in planning, cost, risk, resource, and contract management.
Experience managing customers, partners, suppliers,



and senior stakeholders.
High level of English with strong communication and negotiation skills in international environments.
