The RPEM is the PEx business partner for Operational General Managers and/or Senior Regional Managers and will manage a team of Station ACES Managers (SAMs) and Field Quality Associates (FQAs) across the region of operations. You will use your leadership experience to manage multiple layers of leaders on a wide variety of projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
