The role
We are looking for a warm and committed Early Years Teacher to join our Foundation Stage team from
January
.
You will lead our Pre-Reception class, delivering the EYFS curriculum in a safe, nurturing environment where every child can flourish.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver a play-based EYFS curriculum across all seven areas of learning
Develop early phonics, language and communication skills
Create engaging continuous provision, indoors and outdoors
Act as key person, supporting children's wellbeing and personal development
Observe, assess and track progress, and report to parents
Work closely with teaching assistants and the Early Years team
Support children with EAL and SEND
Uphold the school's Christian ethos and values
Qualifications
QTS, EYTS, PGCE or equivalent in Early Years or Primary Education
Experience teaching EYFS, ideally in a British or international school
Native or near-native English
A caring, creative and patient approach
Commitment to safeguarding and child wellbeing
Support for our Christian ethos
Spanish is an advantage
