We need a visionary leader to orchestrate Total Rewards across our diverse portfolio of European brands. Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with the organization's objectives, ensuring we follow the global defined guidelines, compliance and bringing in the best practices in the industry.
Provide guidance to the team, high levels of engagement to enable high performance but also care for our company and brands.
Agility, compliance, comprehensive data insights and data accuracy will be key expectations on this new process.
Define, develop and implement the product/system to drive this new process,



ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline rewards workflows, from data modeling to scaling internal communications.
