Forward Deployed Engineer | Permanent or Freelance

At Talent-C , we’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer who can turn business problems into working AI solutions : from the first conversation with users to deployment and adoption.

Up to €80,000 gross/year on a permanent contract or €500/day freelance

Hybrid with 1 day/week on-site, with full remote potentially available.

Build AI applications for the Finance teams of a general pharmaceutical group.

What you’ll do

- Work directly with Finance stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver functional prototypes within the first 1–2 weeks.




- Develop complete applications combining Python backends, lightweight user interfaces and AI integrations on Snowflake and/or Databricks.
- Take solutions into production, ensuring reliable outputs, secure access and measurable user adoption.

What we’re looking for

- 5+ years of professional experience, with hands‑on delivery of LLM/RAG applications in production and strong Python skills.
- Experience with FastAPI or Flask, Streamlit or React, and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or LlamaIndex.
- Working knowledge of Snowflake and/or Databricks, SQL and cloud environments, plus confidence working directly with business users.
- Experience with Snowflake Cortex, Databricks Genie, Finance processes or regulated environments would be a plus.
