Who You Are

Experiencia técnica y profesional requerida

- 5+ años diseñando arquitecturas empresariales o de soluciones en organizaciones complejas.
- Experiencia diseñando arquitecturas cloud-native: contenedores (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift), integración API-first, microservicios, plataformas de datos.
- Experiencia de diseño productivo sobre al menos un hyperscaler (AWS, Azure o GCP).
- Conocimiento práctico de frameworks de arquitectura (TOGAF, Zachman o equivalentes) como herramienta.
- Capacidad de traducir requisitos de negocio en decisiones arquitectónicas y comunicarlas en español e inglés a audiencias técnicas y ejecutivas.

Experiencia técnica y profesional preferida

- Experiencia diseñando o evaluando arquitecturas de IA agéntica: orquestación multi-agente, agent fabrics, integración vía MCP, RAG empresarial.
- Familiaridad con frameworks de agentes (LangGraph, LangChain, Claude Agent SDK o equivalentes) y con stacks de observabilidad LLM (LangSmith, Langfuse).
- Conocimiento de Policy-as-Code (OPA/Rego) aplicado a governance de IA o cumplimiento normativo
- Experiencia con routing de modelos (LiteLLM o similar) y con estrategias de inferencia GPU vs CPU en entornos empresariales.
- Experiencia previa en consultoría tecnológica, preparación de propuestas/RFPs, o roles client-facing con interlocución C-level.

Your day at NTT DATA

As a Software Solutions Architect at NTT DATA, you will be a key expert contributing to the creation and management of complex infrastructure software solutions. You'll dive into architecting client infrastructure, providing specialist multi-technology advice, and ensuring our clients' IT infrastructure software is optimized and compliant with licensing regulations. Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, you'll design and communicate high-level structures that support the development of integrated solutions meeting current and future business needs.





Your role includes analysing client business requirements and ensuring the deployment and operation of infrastructure software. You'll create detailed designs that provide holistic views yet contain the essential specifics of the components and their interconnections. You will be a vital contributor to the improvement of our internal methodologies, processes, and tools.

Your journey will involve researching emerging infrastructure technologies, focusing on software-defined infrastructure features and best practices. You'll also support licensing aspects of service transition, including providing advice and quality reviews of renewal request proposals, and maintaining compliance with Software Asset Management and Software Licensing policies and standards.

Additionally, you'll play a significant part in managing and administering contracts for software and hardware services and features, executing commercial license proposals, and performing cost-benefit analyses. Your effective communication and strategic thinking will help in maintaining solid relationships and guiding stakeholders on license management methods, processes, and best practices.

You will also provide specialist advice on all aspects of infrastructure software and hardware features and related technology components. By supporting projects, facilitating license renewals, and proposing innovative improvements, your efforts will drive the design of competitive service offers and ensure our clients' satisfaction and success.

To thrive in this role, you need to have:

- A deep understanding of Cisco Smart accounts and Smart licensing, with the ability to share and communicate ideas clearly.
- In-depth knowledge of a broad range of hardware, software, and configuration operating models.
- Proficiency in different licensing models, including Perpetual, right to Use, End-User, Subscription, and Enterprise Agreements.
- A strong understanding of relevant supply chain management methodologies and toolsets.
- Competence in multi-technology infrastructure software, technology features, and infrastructure solution design best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in digital infrastructure, key vendors' software features, technology capabilities, and licensing models of vendors like Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, and Palo Alto.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to focus and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join Kyndryl's Applications, Data & AI (ADAI) practice and lead the end-to-end technology architecture of complex enterprise transformation projects. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can connect business objectives with scalable, secure, and modern technology solutions.



You will be responsible for translating functional and non-functional requirements into clear architectures, guiding delivery teams, and ensuring solutions are technically sound, feasible, operable, and aligned with client outcomes.

You will work across applications, data, cloud, integration, AI, automation, and operations, helping clients modernize their technology landscape and accelerate business value.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Applications, Data and AI projects.
- Translate business, functional, and technical requirements into scalable solution designs and delivery roadmaps.
- Define and validate non-functional requirements, including performance, security, resilience, scalability, observability, compliance, and operational readiness.
- Design modern architectures across applications, data platforms, cloud services, APIs, integrations, analytics and AI.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership to engineering and delivery teams during implementation.
- Create architecture blueprints, technical designs, integration patterns, migration strategies, and implementation guidance.
- Participate in technical workshops, proof-of-concepts, architecture reviews, and design validation sessions.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, delivery challenges, and modernization opportunities.
- Promote reusable patterns, automation, secure-by-design principles, governance, and engineering excellence.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams on architecture and technology decisions.

Who You Are

Required Experience

- 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, Cloud Architect, Application Architect, Data Architect, Lead Engineer, or similar role.
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.
- Strong knowledge of modern application architectures, cloud platforms, data platforms, APIs, integration patterns, and distributed systems.
- Experience defining both functional and non-functional requirements for complex technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of scalability, resilience, security, observability, performance, compliance, and operational readiness.
- Practical experience with cloud-native architectures on Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud environments.
- Experience with application modernization, migration, integration, data platforms, analytics, AI enablement, or automation initiatives.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions, workshops, and architecture reviews.

Preferred Technical Skills

- Experience with microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, containers, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, and CI/CD.
- Knowledge of data lakes, data warehouses, lakehouse patterns, streaming, ETL/ELT, governance, and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with AI and GenAI enablement, MLOps, responsible AI, and enterprise AI adoption patterns.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, DataOps, SRE, observability, automation, and cloud cost optimization.
