We're growing the EMEA team from 1 → 2. Early enough that you actually shape how this goes, not just inherit someone else's playbook.

The company:

- Just closed a $100M Series A
- 1M+ developers building on their platform
- 20B+ inference requests processed to date
- US and APAC teams are running - EMEA is just getting started

The job, honestly:

You show up after the client's already sold. Your work starts where the sales conversation ends.

- Sit with clients, figure out what they're actually trying to build
- Get something working in front of them fast - not "on the roadmap," now
- If the platform can't quite do it yet, you build the workaround yourself




- Take what you learn back to engineering - not a complaint, intel

What you'll bring:

- Python, TypeScript, or Go - 2 of 3, fluently
- Docker + Linux you can actually troubleshoot
- Real experience with agentic systems, inference, or fine-tuning
- Comfortable dealing directly with customers - you've sat in the room
- Curiosity that doesn't quit when the problem's one you've never seen

There's already someone building in-region - now it's time to go from 1 person to a real team. You'd be helping shape how this company shows up across the whole timezone.
