Deel is a leading payroll and HR platform powering integral teams. We are hiring a Fraud Product Operations Manager to own product and fraud operations for Deel Security and Background Checks, reporting to the Product Manager for Deel Security. This role is remote within EMEA time zones.
You will start as hands-on, setting standards for fraud decisions and driving product improvements. As the business grows, you will expand to lead FraudOps end to end and build the team.
