The Technical Architect (TA) role is part of Salesforce Professional Services in Iberia - a team of delivery professionals working directly with Spain and Portugal's enterprise customers.
You'll join a practice navigating one of the most technically demanding moments in its history: the shift to Agentforce delivery at enterprise scale, in regulated industries, in Spanish.
As a TA, you own the technical design for your workstream or project.
You'll define solution architecture within a defined scope across Salesforce implementations, guiding delivery teams from discovery through go-live,



while acting as a trusted technical reference for customer stakeholders - with support from Senior Technical Architects on the most complex, multi-cloud or highest-risk decisions.
Architect & Lead Own solution architecture for a project or workstream, typically single-cloud or dual-cloud (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce), escalating multi-cloud or enterprise-wide decisions to a Senior Technical Architect
Contribute to technical strategy and design standards, following architecture governance set by senior architects
Integrate & Engineer Design integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs and, with guidance, event-driven approaches (Platform Events) and middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi)
Write and review code in Apex and LWC, with working familiarity in at least one general-purpose language (Python or JavaScript/Node.js) for scripting or lightweight tooling
