Lead the integral eQMS consolidation program,



transitioning from multiple existing quality management systems toward a single harmonized Veeva-based platform.Technical Readiness,ScaleandEnhanceCoordinate cross-functional activities across Quality, IT, business, technical teams, vendors, and individual sites.Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and decision-making across multiple workstreams.Support harmonization of quality processes and workflows across different sites while balancing global standards with site-specific needs.Drive technical and organizational readiness for multi-site implementation and deployment.Manage migration and transition activities from legacy systems including TrackWise, SciLife, MasterControl, and Lotus Notes.Ensure effective stakeholder communication and alignment across general and local teams.Improve visibility and collaboration for internal stakeholders and customers through standardized processes and a consolidated quality management platform.Support the long-term scalability and future readiness of the global
