At Innotaxes we're looking for Business & Sales Interns to support the commercial growth of our services in Spain. You'll work across sales, market research and marketing: talking with prospective clients, researching the market, proposing ideas and putting them into action. Your role is to research, propose and execute, with the guidance of an international team. AI tools will help you move faster, with your review and judgment on top.
What you'll do
1. Research & propose
Research our market, competitors and clients, and share what you learn with the team
Propose ideas to improve our messaging, content and sales approach
Turn plans into concrete actions and follow them through to the end
Explain our products clearly to prospective clients who are not experts
Follow up on leads from our marketing campaigns by phone, chat and email
Collect recurring client questions, objections and feedback, and bring them back to the team
3. Marketing support
Write content for our blog, website and social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
Support SEO,



Google Ads and day-to-day social media activity
Use AI tools to draft content, then review and refine it
What we're looking for
Currently enrolled in a degree or master's in Marketing, Business or a related field
Some marketing experience— coursework, internships, personal projects or self-learning all count
Native or near-native Spanish level and Fluent English level
Clear, confident communication — comfortable talking to clients
Proactive and independent
Comfortable using AI tools
Nice to have (not required)
Knowledge of or experience in insurance or financial services
Hands?on experience with SEO, Google Ads or social media management
Any sales or customer service experience
