the Director and the Managing Director of SSL Iberia in all required matters for the structuring, origination and execution of structured financing and investment solutionsPreparing financial modellingPreparing marketing materials for clients, documentation for approvals, including drafting of credit applications and more generally all internal approval procedures and the feeding of SG internal toolsProviding support on KYC procedures and on the review of all legal documentation of the transactionsMonitoring of ad hoc companies set up for SSL transactionsProfile requiredStudies & experience:Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration + Law / Tax, or a related disciplinePrevious experience (up to 2 years) in: Investment Banking; Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related financial advisory environmentsLanguage skills:Fluent English (minimum C1 level)Spanish proficiency is requiredFrench would be a plusTechn
