Experteer Overview In this role you own the BCN Micro-Fulfilment Center, driving a seamless customer experience through efficient operations.
You will lead a ~30-strong frontline team, mentor staff, and foster continuous improvement via data insights.
You'll coordinate cross-functional operations to scale efficiency and shape the long-term MFC business model.
This is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of a fast-paced, customer-focused delivery platform with a focus on impact and results.
Compensaciones / Ventajas • Own the Barcelona MFC operations and OKRs for the site • Manage a team of around 30 employees including pickers and couriers • Hire, train and mentor all team members • Facilitate data analysis and dashboards to monitor key KPIs • Develop the MFC business model with a 360o perspective • Coordinate logistics and store operations for the MFC • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, CatMan, Finance,



Health and Safety, Procurement) to ensure fast, flawless execution • Lead project implementation analyses and convert insights into actionable tasks for continuous improvement Responsabilidades • Min 3+ years of experience in fast-paced environments (logistics, operations, supply) • Experience managing large teams and leading change • Data-driven mentality with sound business judgment • Strong problem-solving ability and comfortable with ambiguity • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; English required • Empathetic, inclusive attitude and leadership reputation • Owner mindset with bias for action and deadline-oriented.
