Leading Edge Aviation is seeking a Customer Experience Supervisor for the Alhama campus in Spain. This full?time maternity cover role, 39 hours per week, reports to the Centre Manager and works with the Oxford?based CX team to lead local service delivery.
You will own the student journey from pre-arrival to post?experience, manage welfare, accommodation, transport and communications, supervise the CX team, escalate issues, and drive improvements through data and feedback.
