This role supports our continued growth by strengthening operational excellence across multiple financial disciplines in a fast?As a Finance Operations Specialist, you will work closely with global teams across all regions—including General Treasury, Tax, Credit, Accounting, and Audit.
You will play a key role in day?to?day financial operations, ensuring high standards of accuracy, compliance,
and data integrity while contributing to process improvements and cross?Support core finance operations in collaboration with global teams in Treasury, Tax, Credit, Accounting, and Audit.
Execute operational finance processes, including daily cash activities, reconciliations, reporting, and documentation management.
Maintain accurate financial and master data within finance and reporting systems, ensuring alignment with global standards.
Prepare and validate reports, trackers, and supporting documentation for internal controls, audits, SOX, and compliance requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on process efficiency, standardization, automation, and enhanced controls.
Act as a liaison for finance stakeholders across EMEA, LATAM, North America, and other integral regions.
Provide analytical support for financial reviews, business inquiries, and operational programs.
