Click&Boat; in Barcelona is seeking a Head of Paid Acquisition to own and scale our paid marketing strategy across markets.
You will lead a team of 3 Managers, own the paid media P&L;, and partner with our General Head of Performance in Miami to align on strategy.
You will manage budgets, chase CAC/ROAS targets, collaborate with Product, Tech and Data teams on tracking and landing pages, and report progress to the Executive Board.
