Fayara is building a fast-growing digital business and seeks an in-house legal lead in Madrid.
You will own legal, tax and structuring across multiple entities and countries, reporting to the CFO and collaborating with finance, HR, sales and payments.This is a hands-on role to build the function from the ground up, including commercial contracts, governance, intercompany arrangements and multi-country tax issues.
