Most games executives own a title. This role owns the whole portfolio, and the P&L; that comes with it.
Across emerging markets, hundreds of millions of players have a phone bill but no credit card. That's a distribution channel most of the games industry still overlooks, and it's where this business already makes money.
We've partnered with a global digital entertainment company to hire its VP of Games. They run a subscription-led games platform across mobile and web, distributed through operators, device makers and a growing set of direct and partner channels. The base is strong. The job is to set the strategy, build the team and turn it into a growth engine.
You'll own:
The integral games strategy and roadmap, from casual and mid-core to cloud
The gaming P&L;: revenue, margin and growth
Content acquisition and deals with major studios, publishers and platforms
Monetisation across subscriptions, IAP, ads, competitions and new models




The KPIs that run the portfolio: LTV, ARPU, retention and engagement
Building and leading a high-performing product team
This is not a strategy role that lives in slides.
You'll lead the team, but you'll also be in the numbers, in the deals and in the product, with a clear view on what to fix first and where the growth comes from.
We're looking for someone who:
Has 7+ years in mobile and web gaming platforms, including casual and ad-funded games
Has owned a games P&L;, with revenue targets they carried and hit
Has worked in both D2C and B2B2C models
Has negotiated content and partnership deals with major developers and publishers
Uses AI across how games are built, delivered and experienced, not just talks about it
Has worked across Europe, the Middle East and Africa
Is a genuine gamer who cares about players
Telco, carrier billing or DCB experience is a big plus. This is games, not iGaming.
