You will manage a ~10-person team, drive country profitability analysis, pricing, and AI-enabled automation as the company scales beyond €200 million revenue.
You will own the global budgeting cycles, consolidate monthly/annual closes, and deliver high-impact board packs for Private Equity investors, reporting to the CFO.
