Since 2011, our client has supported more than 180 GW of clean and renewable energy projects. We are seeking a Principal Power Systems Engineer to serve as a senior technical and client-facing leader. This role will lead complex grid interconnection,



transmission planning, renewable and battery-storage integration, inverter-based resource (IBR), and reliability studies while mentoring engineers and supporting client growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Lead complex power-system, interconnection, transmission, renewable, storage, IBR, power-quality, and grid-compliance studies. * Establish study methodology, assumptions, modeling approaches, and quality standards. * Review, validate, and troubleshoot models and serve as a final technical reviewer. * Lead RMS and EMT modeling, validation, and IBR performance assessments. * Present and defend technical findings to clients, utilities, ISO/RTOs, and other stakeholders. * Manage key client relationships, project scope, schedules, and technical deliverables. * Mentor engineers and review technical work. * Support proposals, scopes, fee estimates, and business development. * Stay current on FERC, NERC
