We are seeking an experienced Team Leader of EARLY YEARS who brings a high standard towards Early Childhood, a progressive perspective & someone who can invigorate & inspire a team of Early Childhood professionals. This is a temporary role working Full Time (hours days versátil), starting ASAP. Your responsibilities: * Working in partnership with children,



families & the wider community * Lead and support the professional development of the Educators and Teachers, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management. * Always ensure the safety and well-being of all children, following all policies and procedures. * Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations. * Foster a positive and inclusive culture that promotes teamwork and respect for diversity The Requirements: * ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or a related field. * WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, Police Check * Developed interpersonal skills to engage and work with a diverse range of stakeholders. * Have highly developed leadership skills, as well as prior experience leading a medium size, diverse & positive team culture.
