A leading medical device organisation is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across Madrid and the surrounding region, focusing on hip and knee reconstruction implants. Responsibilities * Grow sales and market share within the assigned territory. * Develop relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams, procurement and hospital stakeholders. * Support product evaluations, demonstrations and clinical activity. * Manage distributor relationships and identify new business opportunities. * Monitor market activity, competitors and tender opportunities. * Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies. Requirements * Minimum 2 years’ recent experience selling hip and knee implants. * Strong track record in orthopaedic medical device sales. * Experience working closely with surgeons and hospitals. * Commercially driven with excellent relationship-building skills. * Willingness to travel across the territory as required.
