The position has no direct reports and requires strong collaboration with general and cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & ExecutionDevelop and implement regional marketing plans aligned with global strategy and business objectives.Adapt global campaigns to local market needs, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
Collaborate with global teams to localize content for regional audiences.Campaign ManagementPlan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns (digital, events, content, partnerships).
Manage the full campaign lifecycle from concept through execution to performance analysis.Create and adapt marketing assets including emails, landing pages,



presentations, and social media content.Ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning across all channels.Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.Design and execute targeted programs to create qualified leads and conversions.Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key marketing metrics.Stakeholder CollaborationAct as the key marketing point of contact for regional sales and business teams.Work closely with the Global Head of Marketing to align priorities and performance.Coordinate with central marketing functions (brand, digital, product marketing).
