We are expanding aggressively in the United States and international markets, and we need a performance-driven specialist to scale paid acquisition and organic inbound traffic.
Role Overview
We are looking for a
SEO & Ads Specialist
who can manage performance ads, improve organic discoverability, optimize landing pages, and run data-driven experiments across paid and organic channels.
This role works directly with the
Marketing Team Lead
, as well as our
Content, Design, and Tech teams
to execute campaigns that drive verified signups, deposits, trading volume, and ROI-positive traffic.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Acquisition & PPC
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta (FB/IG), TikTok, Twitter/X, Reddit, and other relevant networks
Define targeting, bidding strategies, audiences, funnels, and remarketing flows
Manage ad budgets and optimize for CPA, ROAS, and CAC targets
Monitor performance and continuously adjust creatives, audiences,



and landing pages
Implement retargeting and conversion tracking (Pixels, GTM, UTM, API, etc.)
SEO & Organic Growth
Conduct keyword research and develop content topics/maps relevant to crypto, trading, savings, and fintech
Optimize website and landing pages for SEO (technical + on-page + off-page)
Conduct site audits and fix issues related to indexing, performance, structure, metadata, schema, etc.
Build and manage backlink strategies (influencers, directories, crypto media, PR)
Track SEO performance and organic user acquisition
Analytics & Reporting
Set up conversion tracking and attribution models
Monitor key performance metrics and provide weekly/monthly reports
Analyze funnels, user behavior, and conversion flows
Recommend improvements to increase conversion rate and LTV
