The Oncology Global MSL Excellence Associate Director for Lung Cancer works alongside the General MSL Excellence Director, to lead the day?to?day delivery of key Field Medical tactics that strengthen MSL strategic alignment and capabilities across AZ regions for the Oncology Business Unit.AccountabilitiesField Medical strategyResponsible contributing to development of the tumour area Field Medical strategic plan (FMSP) and * month roadmap for assigned indications/workstreams - anchored to Global medical strategy, scientific narrative(s), care gaps, evidence milestones, launch and external engagement needs.Support the GMSLE Director in leading the Field Medical Leadership Team (FMLT) and enabling effective localisation and operationalisation of Field Medical strategy and MSL activities in line with tumour area priorities and Local needs.Tactical Planning And ExecutionResponsible for the day?to?day design, development and delivery of GMSLE tactics; setting and tracking measurable success criteria, budget and timelines.Adapt tactical execution according to evolving priorities,
