Livensa Living in Madrid seeks an in-house Lawyer (Transactions) to join its international Legal Team.
You will support M&A;, financing, development and other transactional matters across the group.
Requirements include a law degree and 3–5 years' experience from a top law firm or multinational.Fluent English and Spanish are essential; German and/or Italian are a plus.
You will draft, review and negotiate transaction documents and provide post-closing support.
