ROLE
• The Key Account Manager, reporting to the Indirect Trade and Perfumery Channel Manager, will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of Spanish clients within the Perfumery channel for our Mass Market brands (Natural Honey; Vitesse; Cristasol; Tesori D’Oriente; Rapid White; Xanpa), combining Key Account Management, Trade Marketing and Merchandising responsibilities.
• The role includes managing customer relationships and negotiations, sales forecasting, and defining and executing distribution strategies, promotional plans, assortments, product launches, displays and POP materials and in-store visibility initiatives.

EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

SKILLS
At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Key Account Manager. Previous experience in Personal Care and managing key Perfumery Chains in Spain is strongly preferred; strong FMCG profiles with solid commercial and Trade Marketing experience will also be considered.
-Professional experience in Portugal or Italy would be an advantage.




-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
-Solid experience with SAP ERP in Sales and Account Management; experience with other ERP systems would be an advantage.
-Fluent Spanish and proficiency in a second language, preferably English, Portuguese or Italian.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
• Strong knowledge of Key Account Management tools, including Account Plans, Demand Forecasting, Customer P&L;, Sales Growth Drivers and customer KPIs.
• Ability to analyse sell-in, sell-out, customer performance, market trends and competition, identifying opportunities and corrective actions.
• Solid Trade Marketing and Category Management expertise, including promotional, assortment and in-store development levers.
• In-depth knowledge of the Personal Care market and the Perfumery channel in Spain is strongly preferred, including key players, category dynamics and the competitive landscap
