Project Summary
We are looking for a Distributed Services Engineer to act as technical resource for the EMEA region. The role covers directory services (AD, Cert, Email, DDI), remote access (VPN gateways, Citrix) and connectivity to server and network resources, with issue triage before escalation to Infra, Network or Security teams. The environment is a 24x7 secure production setup, with future evolution towards cloud AD and identity management.

Goals and deliverables

Main Responsibilities
- Design, build and run Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, NPS, RADIUS and Certificate Authorities
- Maintain SLAs on infrastructure tickets in the ServiceNow queue
- Deploy changes, patching and vulnerability remediation following Change and Problem management
- Implement security actions: audits, hardening, remediation, pen testing follow-up




- Automate and simplify processes through scripting and AI tools
- Take part in 24x7x365 on-call support with general teams (follow the sun)

Experience Required
- Complex AD environments with multiple forests and trusts
- AD administration, migration and convergence
- Internal and external DNS, plus domain registration
- Scripting and automation to standardise environments
- Availability for 24x7x365 on-call rotation

Preferred Experience:
- 5 to 8 years as Infrastructure Engineer, at least 3 on distributed services (AD)
- Microsoft, VMware, Red Hat or Security certifications, or equivalent experience
- IT Production methods: ITIL, Agile, DevOps

Technical environment: VMware ESXi, Windows and RHEL VMs, Cisco Switching, Qualys, Skyhigh, Citrix, ServiceNow
