NTT DATA is seeking a senior Employee Listening Lead to shape and run its integral listening program from Madrid.
You will own the calendar across surveys, plus design onboarding, exit, and lifecycle questionnaires, with cross-country coordination and data privacy in mind.You will analyze results with Qualtrics and R/Python, present to the Senior Leadership Team, and drive manager action through practical guidance and AI-enabled tools.
Hybrid working in Madrid is offered.
