The Role
This is a high-impact, autonomous role designed for an experienced B2B sales professional who thrives on hunting new business and building long-term commercial relationships.
Your core objective will be securing high-value, recurring contracts with property management companies, commercial units, business centers, and corporate offices throughout Marbella and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• B2B Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and close commercial accounts, property managers, and facility administrators.





• Pipeline Management: Build, manage, and scale a robust sales pipeline focused on recurring window cleaning and exterior property maintenance contracts.
• Strategic Networking: Leverage existing local networks within Marbella’s real estate, hospitality, and property management sectors.
• Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations from initial outreach to contract signing, ensuring win-win agreements that drive long-term recurring revenue.
• Growth Leadership: Help shape the commercial strategy and positioning of Sammy’s B2B division as we scale.

What We Are Looking For

• Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account management—preferably within the service, hospitality, real estate, or facilities management sectors.
• Autónomo Status: Must be registered as an Autónomo in Spain (or prepared to set it up).
