Your Role
As a Salesforce CRM Support Expert, you will play a key role in the administration,



support and continuous improvement of CEVA Logistics' global CRM platform, C-View.
Working at the intersection of business and IT, you will support an international community of CRM users, ensure the effective day-to-day operation of the platform and drive user adoption through training, documentation and process improvements.
This role combines hands-on Salesforce administration, user support and involvement in CRM enhancements and projects. You will work closely with business stakeholders, CRM experts and IT teams to ensure that C-View continues to meet integral business needs.
