We're an ambitious startup with paying customers and international ambitions.
We're looking for a Sales Lead who can see where we could go and win the customers who get us there.
The customers you bring in will help shape the company we become.
Your opportunityWork directly with the founders to open markets, build partnerships, and turn early traction into repeatable sales. You'll have a say in who we target, how we position Uptonica, and how we bring it to market. You'll also own the work that turns those choices into revenue.
What you'll do• Identify promising customer segments and reach the people who make buying decisions.
• Own the full sales cycle, from first contact to signed agreement.
• Build relationships with agencies, consultants, and partners who can introduce us to new customers.
• Keep your pipeline moving with consistent follow-ups,



clear next steps, and realistic forecasts.
• Bring customer insights to the founders and help sharpen our offer.

Who you are• You've sold software or services and can show the results.
• You've sourced and closed your own deals.
• You know how to build trust, uncover a real need, and make a compelling business case.
• You negotiate confidently and know when to pursue a deal and when to walk away.
• You organise your own work and follow through.
• You're comfortable selling in English. Additional languages are a plus.
