Under Pressure Massage Barcelona is looking to build a small network of trusted, independent freelance massage therapists (autónomos) to collaborate on couples massages and 4-hands sessions.
I run the studio as a solo practitioner by appointment, so when a request for a dual session comes in, I reach out to check your availability. This is adaptable, on-call collaboration with no fixed hours—you are always free to accept or decline based on your schedule.
What we are looking for:
• Professional Qualifications: Certified massage therapist with a strong foundation in bodywork and confidence in deep tissue and relaxation techniques. If needed, a little extra guidance can be provided, and we will train together on our 4-hands massage flow.
• Languages (Mandatory): A basic working level of Spanish, Catalan, and English is required to ensure clear, comfortable communication with all clients.
• Independent Status:

Registered as an autónomo in Spain and managing your own independent practice.
• Client Care: Reliable, punctual, and passionate about delivering high-quality, professional treatments in a welcoming environment.
• Location: Based in or close to Barcelona for convenient travel to central Eixample.

How it works:
• We keep in touch about your general availability.
• When a couples or 4-hands session is requested, I check if you are free for that time slot.
• We will work together at the studio during joint bookings to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Compensation:
• Rates and payment details will be discussed during our initial meeting.
