Job Summary:

Supermicro is seeking an experienced Internal Auditor, Business and Compliance to plan and execute financial, regulatory and operational audits with a primary focus on trade & regulatory compliance, and returns (RMA) and service-related operations. This role will serve as an individual contributor within Internal Audit and is responsible for assessing end-to-end operational workflows, SOX controls, and compliance with trade and regulatory requirements.





This position requires strong expertise in operational control evaluation, financial reporting controls (including SOX) and regulatory compliance, with the ability to translate business risks into actionable audit insights. The Internal Auditor will assess risk, evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of controls, identify process gaps, and provide practical recommendations to management to strengthen governance, risk management, and operational efficiency. Partnering closely with business leaders, Integral Trade Compliance, and other key stakeholders, the Internal Auditor will monitor remediation and help strengthen process and controls while maintaining Internal Audit’s independence and objectivity.
