As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will serve as a bridge between potential candidates and the organization through strategic sourcing, effective communication, and a strong understanding of business needs. You will play an important role in building a workforce that aligns with the organization’s goals, priorities, and culture.

Working with the Europe Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment activities across your assigned scope, building talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers and People Partners, and ensuring a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Attraction
· Create and execute strategic sourcing plans for open positions
· Advertise vacancies through relevant channels and proactively source potential candidates
· Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
· Champion and maximize the use of employee referral programs

Candidate Assessment & Selection
· Review applications and conduct initial resume screening against agreed role requirements
· Organize and conduct phone screenings and recruitment interviews
· Coordinate skills assessments and other selection activities where required
· Initiate and review background checks in line with company policy and local requirements

Stakeholder Collaboration
· Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, qualifications, and hiring p
