One of our key AI initiatives is AI Receptionist - a conversational AI product that serves as the first point of contact for patients across chat and voice channels.

Today, AI Receptionist helps patients schedule and reschedule appointments, answer billing and payment questions, provide prescription-related information, and navigate their care journey. Rather than relying on scripted responses,

it works with real backend systems - including appointments, payments, prescriptions, and patient records - to deliver accurate, context-aware assistance.
As the product evolves, we're expanding into more advanced AI capabilities, including provider visit preparation, intelligent patient guidance, and increasingly autonomous support experiences.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own one of our strategic AI product areas end-to-end.
You'll lead a small, cross-functional product team and be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, execution, and business outcomes of your domain. Working closely with Engineering, Clinical, and Operations teams, you'll shape how conversational AI is integrated into real healthcare workflows while continuously improving the patient experience.

This is a hands-on senior role with real ownership. You'll be responsible not only for deciding what to build next, but also for understanding how AI be
