Job Description The
Network Development Specialist
is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new automotive workshops into our network. This role requires a proactive business development approach aimed at increasing the number of sales and service locations (Points of Sale, POS). The




Network Development Specialist
leverages market data and presents the network's benefits and value proposition to prospective partners.
Planning
Identify and analyze potential partners based on suitability and target market relevance.
Assess creditworthiness and financial risk of prospective workshops and communicate findings to parts distributors.
Develop and maintain a target list of workshops and locations.
Analyze personal sales performance and continuously optimize sales strategies and activities.
Outreach & Acquisition
Initiate contact with prospective partners via phone, email, in-person visits, and other suitable channels.
Present the benefits and added value of the network to potential partners.
Follow up on leads and manage the acquisition process through to contract signing.
Onboarding
Manage contracts and legal documentation.
Complete all administrative tasks related to the onboarding process.
