BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGER CX | BARCELONAAre you a CRM professional who enjoys being the bridge between business and IT?Do you have strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and want to take ownership of a global CRM ecosystem and shape its future?We are looking for a Business Process Manager CX to join an international organization in Barcelona.This is a highly transversal role combining CRM, Business Analysis, Application Management and IT Project Management.THE ROLEYou will take ownership of the Customer Experience application landscape, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 at the centre.You will work closely with international business teams and affiliates to understand their needs, challenge requirements when needed and translate them into effective CRM solutions.The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to the next generation of the CRM ecosystem, including future initiatives around BI, Microsoft Fabric and AI.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESManage and continuously improve the global CRM / CX application landscapeGather, analyse and translate business requirements into functional solutions and user storiesWork closely with international affiliates and business stakeholdersManage change requests, process improvements and application enhancementsAct as an IT Stream Lead on CRM implementation and rollout projectsSupport CRM migration, integrations,
